Refund and Returns Policy
Return Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number and the reason for the return when contacting us.
How to Initiate a Return:

- If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
- Defective Products: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided (free of charge).
- Customer Remorse: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Fees:
- Defective Products: Contact us for repairs or replacements. If unresolved, a replacement will be sent.
- Customer Remorse: Returns within 30 days of receipt will result in a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
- Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

Order Cancellation:
If your order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
